My setup: Kangertech Evod VV Battery with Kangertech Evod Clearomizer

Newbee here, got a few questions about how to build a new coil for my set up to get better vape. My battery is a variable voltage 3.2v-4.8v. First, what ohms am I aiming for? Second, I've seen on youtube guys squishing there coils as close as they can and others using threaded bolts to evenly space there coils, which is better? Third, whats the advantages of wire gauge? :blink:Thanks!

your going to want to use a range between 1.2ohm and 3.0 ohm as 1.2 ohm is the limit on most devices(excluding mvp2, provari and mech mods) and above 3.0 ohm can be very weak.

as far as which style of wrapping to do I found it easier to do a evenly spaced coils, then as I got better I started doing micro coils(squished together coils).

the lower the gauge number the lower the ohm's when using equal lenghts. use this for referance Kanthal A1 Wire resistance Chart
