Any idea what the resistance of 5pc 510D Empty Cartomizer(6 colors) [DISP510-005] - $5.50 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail are? I have a multimeter, but I have no idea how to use it.

Standard 510 cartos usually meter in the vicinity of 2.5Ω. I'm pretty sure that's what those are.
Update: I just metered an old standard 510 carto I had laying around and it came in at 2.8Ω, so they vary a bit.

Plug the pos. lead into the Ω recepticle and set the dial to 200 in the Ω field. put the red lead in the center hole of the connecter and touch the black one to the threads and hold for 4 seconds or so.
Oh yeah, before you hook it to the carto touch the leads together for several seconds and see what it reads. That's the variance of your meter. Subtract that number from the reading you get off the carto.
