Wasnt sure where to post, but for those that wonder what the oil/ juice residue in factory sealed atties is.....simply put-its not a primer, its just flavorless juice. It was not specified as to vg or pg, just flavorless juice. This comes direct from the factory rep. So no need to worry about it being vaped. The purpose was to cover those that fire up that atty straight out of the box without allowing the juice time to sink in the wick..which would be all of us. The only downside, is it has no tasty flavor. I still blow mine out regardless, but at least now I know for certain it is for taste, not so much safety anymore. Hope this helps ease the worry some might have had.
