Free mods and juice for life!!! I'd love that!
I used the small inner tube from my street bike but I bet a larger tube wouldn't be as tight. This one is fine for the Natulis but a little more snug on the SB, still works good tho. I still like the metal tube too but you'd have to drill a hole to pump it. I have a small piece of copper that the bottle fits in but seemed a little difficult to drill.
Now all we need to do is talk someone into making a drip tip with a hole in it for the tube and maybe more of a whistle tip (I prefer).
I like the colored ones!

I haven't tried to drill copper, but how about a piece of PVC? If you can't find some to fit the bottle, find a bottle to fit the PVC. I just measured a 3ml bottle, it is 1/2" across the bottom.

Couldn't you remove the filler & drill out a whistle tip to make it a dripper tip? I haven't seen a drip tip up close, I don't know how they're made.

I plan on using something like this for a universal holder... if you clamp on the bottle cap you can easily unscrew the bottle to refill.. this is for a quick use and change

So far, this is working pretty darn good! I took a small tire tube and cut it short enough to cover the bottle. Then I cut a hole for the switch and another to see the level of juice. I used a few cut pieces of a furniture pad to wedge it into place, because it kept trying to turn. Not to awful intrusive either! It's working GREAT! Oh ya, it will work with mt SB also, making another although it could be interchangeable but why bother changing it out, the tire tube would do about 50 of these! LOL

What cha think??

Wow, you brought my idea to a different level... look like it works great, does the rubber hold as good as I thought it would?

As far as your other question it looks like you already found a good rubber strap type material (with the inner tube piece) but if anything else I would suggest with the metal holder we use a small bungee cord type strap (it would have to be really small in diameter) one on the top and one on the bottom.

@nubee... the reason I would presume is it is way easier to mod up a cart to take a tube then to mod up an atty or casing... not saying it is impossible.. but none the less...

an automatic dripper isn't THAT messy and shouldn't ruin your batt if you have the sealed connection like more PVs are having these days.....

Don't get me wrong it's a shade tree way of modding,,, But it is quick and effective.

but your idea is righteous as well :D and is definitely achievable..

You got a link for that?? Looks perfect!

Make one...take two pieces of plastic and sandwich them together with a spacer in between, drill two holes in the center of the spacer each hole about the size of what its clamping to...then drill the bolt hole centered in the side. Then get a thumb screw nut and bolt for it.

A while back I tried to talk David from Super-T into making me a couple. Seemed like he couldn't do it (as the machining is not done in house?). Also, there's probably not a lot of demand for it so not worth pursueing for such small quantities. Maybe if more people bugged him? Or Drew? I didn't try asking Drew.

What I actually was after was delrin tips with the SMALL hole just sanded/shaped into more of an oval. Not to be used for dripping purposes but more as a replacement for stock carts.

UMMMM, me? OK, I'll get right on that! LOL

Stormi if you are going to get and try to use one you need to remember that the plastic wont hold the smoother metal hardly at all even when super tight.

My solution is take and cut some of that inner tube ribber and glue it to the parts that grip the PV... wala it will hold.

Speaking of Bikes....
I did this same trick on a Homemade Bracket for a Steering Stabilizer for my GSXR. The rubber on the inside of the bracket worked awesome and it gripped the smooth metal of the fork great...

Her she is, unfortunately the bracket is on the other side, this pic was taken awhile ago. But here is my baby...
