I own 2 Sigelei APV's and they have both proven to be durable and good quality. I have no hesitation is recommending a Sigelei product.

I currently use a Sig 100W. It's been my daily driver since the day I bought it and apart from a teething issue where I had to change out the 510 pin with another (supplied in the box), I have had absolutely no issue with it at all. I just checked and I bought this mod on Dec 1st 2014 so 8 months of daily use with no problems.

The only thing I would caution is the box mods are beasts. They are quite heavy and not pocket friendly at all. If you have the chance, you might want to visit a store that has the models you are interested in in stock so you can palm and pocket test them.

@InTheShade Size isn't a problem for me at all, is the 100 more reliable than the 150? there the same price for some reason which seems a little odd. Thought maybe because the battery last longer since it doesn't support as much watts as the 150, may be wrong

Battery life will be exactly the same assuming your settings and setup is the same. The 150w is the newest device at the moment - but that doesn't mean it's going to be better. I will say if you decide to get the 100W, make sure you are getting the plus model as it has a spring loaded 510 pin and will make your life easier - but you have to put up with the wavy lines on it (but the button is better IMHO)

You can drive yourself mad with all the differences, but I'll say whichever you get, you'll most probably be delighted with the device. There are numerous posts on reddit discussing the differences between the Sigelei models if you want more info.

I think trying to compare the Sigelei 150 with the MVP Pro 3 is like comparing apples to oranges. The Sigelei 150 is MUCH larger and has over double the wattage. A closer comparison would be the MVP Pro 3 and the Sigelei 75. 75 watts versus 60 watts. The size is much more comparable (the 75 is smaller). The MVP Pro 3 would have a better battery life since the Sigelei uses one 18650 battery while the MVP Pro 3 has a 4800 mah LiPo battery (although swapping out the batteries in the Sigelei is extremely simple). They are also comparable in price (about $60). The Sigelei 75 does have a HUGE advantage over the MVP Pro 3 in that it has temp control.

Wow, that's a pretty wide variance :) I don't think of the MVP 3.0 Pro and the Siggie 150 as being in the same class. It really comes down to size and whether or not you want to bear the expense of buying removable batteries and a charger for them. I can recommend both, they are excellent products. They are, however, designed for different uses. The MVP is a carry around thing, the Sig is a "wish it had wheels" thing. But it's on you, whichever one you want will serve you well. To answer one question for you, the reason the 100 and the 150 are the same (really unusually low, grab it while you can) price is Sig is about to release Temp Control versions of both and dealers are trying to clear stock before they hit. Temp Control is-- I think-- the coming thing; you might want to look into it. The Sig 75w TC machine is now shipping. It's a one-battery mod, comparable in price and power to the MVP, and while they are still new with little in the way of field reports, supposed to be a solid product. Sig is a good company and they make fine mods.

Personally, I would say the sig 150. At first, I didn't like the idea of needing separate batteries and a separate charger, but now I love it. I don't have to worry about my batteries dying. I just carry a spare set with me. If the battery in the MVP dies, you are either out of luck, or stuck tethered to a wall. The mvp will be smaller, but nowhere near as powerful.

And eventually when the batteries do die and no longer hold a charge, an internal battery mod is ready for the trash. For a removable battery mod, you get new batteries.

MVP 3 Pro or Sigelei 150?

Might be an obvious answer, but innokin always has great quality "mods", thats why its hard to choose Sigelei without knowing there quality in products

The MVP is a decent mod tbh, have owned both a V1 and a V2, the extra watts in the V3 is a appeasing, the Pro version the extra watts and extra battery for it are good points, downside is the internal batteries.

Sigelei, I own the Sigelei Mini (30w) and the Sigelei 150, both perform well for what I use them for, the Mini for my RTAs, the 150 for my RDAs. Both require external batteries which is a plus in my book, battery low, pop a fresh recharged battery in, back to running and gunning. On the 150watt though, over 70watts, you'll need to use Sony VTC4s, Xtar XT-VTC4s, LG HB6 30amp batteries in married pairs, mated batteries for the Sig 150, bought together, charged together, used together, never use with other batteries or alone, same would also apply to the 100watt with batteries.

Each brand has their strengths and weaknesses, just have to ask what features you want, and what price point you can afford, in truth personally at this time, I'd look at the Innokin Coolfire IV over the MVP 3.0 or 3.0Pro

Do like me and own both! :thumb: Naw, I would say it depends on the pieces you will be using with it. The reason I say that is because of the wattage difference. If you are gonna run a Kanger Subtank or even an Aspire Atlantis or say an Isub, between 30 and 40 watts is what you'd probably vape at in which case you'd be good with the MVP. However, if you are gonna be running something with high wattage requirements like say an Arctic where you might vape at 100 watts you would want the Sigelei. Now, while that MVP will do 60 watts, I can tell you, you wont get the 2 to 3 day without charging benefit if you run it that high all the time.

I'll be using uwell crown at .5ohms / .2 ohm coil heads, then going to get RBA im about a month, wouldnt mind having both mods but sounds like i should get the mvp first then?
