Ok I need a little help

As you may or may not know I ordered a joye 510 on thurs. and I forgot to order the wall to usb adapter for the charger. Can I use my cell phone usb charger that is 5.1 volts 0.7 a until I get the right one?

If it's a usb charger you can use a pc or any usb thats 5volt which I believe all usbs are. Hope that helps The amps might be a little low might take awhile with cell phone charger

If you ordered a 510 kit, they typically come with their own dedicated wall charger. If whatever you ordered has a USB charger, than it should work in your phone charger if it has a standard USB port (the volts and amps are in the right range), or else you could just use your PC's usb port.

It will produce a standard USB output, the charger will adapt this for its purpose. I only know this from working in mobile phones! a customer asked me how come we sell a universal USB charger when most phones use different voltages, I actually had to go and find out!
Turns out they all give out the same output, the phone or transformer on the lead will do what it needs to do to change it to what it needs!
