The monster fish my hubby caught...and left in the freezer at my inlaws place, lol. We'll cook it up next time. Rainbow trout is good eating.

Huntington Lake...a very picturesque lake, sit back relax and read a book or hike or fish..it's all good. Although fishing not so good this time, at least for me. There is always next time.

Wow Div - that fish is huge! My neighbor took his boat to the keys yesterday and caught a lot of grouper and yellowtail snapper. This afternoon, he brought us over a platter of fried fish. We just got through eating it; it was so delicious!

I passed on the congrats to him, thank you. Now I just have to outfish him, don't see how, never caught one that big.
I love that lake, go there everytime we go up to the mountains. This spot is good and drive right up to the shore. Kinda miss the old spot where we used to ride our mountains bikes in with fishing poles and backpacks to get to the back areas most others don't go to. But heck I'm getting older, rusty knees and all.
Wow, that's a nice trout Div!! Give your husband my congrat's from one fisherman to another.

And that lake is fantastic. Beautiful pic and I'll bet it was a fun place to visit.

Seriously div, a lot of us older guys around here use 4wheelers the way we used to use mountain bikes or dirt bikes when we were younger. Fun to get around on and a lot safer for us.

sounds good TT, but 4wheelers won't make it where we like to get to, too many trees and some of the paths are very narrow or you are making your own path. Ahhh the good olde days, lol.
