I don't understand why if. LR. Atty's give such good vape why are they not the "standard " for all Atty's ? Why are they not manufacturing better constructed low resistance atomizers? They would make a fortune off them!

That's because they vape good on high drain batteries at low voltage. One size does not fit all. You have:

• 1.5 Ohms
• 2.5 Ohms
• 3.5 Ohms
• 4.5 Ohms
• 5.2 Ohms

They each have their application. They require 4oo mAh or better batt, which would leave out a whole hockey sock full of devices. the reg 510 batt comes to mind at 180 mAh only.

Yup they are just new. I wouldn't count on them getting significantly better any time soon, but they work great for what they are. The recent swing to LR is partly due to the size of a HV device and some unfortunate instances of stacking batteries.
Me personally, I can't wait for the 12v device with the monster indestructo 10ohm atty. Or whatever ohmage it would be LOL.
