OK, educate me (maybe my math is wrong, which is completely plausible).

I make up 30-60 ml bottles of my flavors at 60/40 (PG/VG). I found any higher VG ratios my coils die quicker.

So how much unflavored WTA would you add to the mix to get roughly 12 mg nicotine, but keep the PG/VG ratio at 60/40?

As for the 30 ml bottles of WTA. It's just easier to work with one bottle than with 2.

You will need to add regular nicotine to the mix to get 12mg @ a 60/40 ratio.

As DIY WTA is 100% VG, adding an equal amount of PG to it will bring the ratio to 50/50 PG/VG @ 12 mg. This is the highest PG ratio you can get without adding nicotine or going below 12 mg using only DIY WTA as the source of nicotine.

For 30ml @ 12mg with an approximate 60/40 ratio
15 ml PG
12 ml 24mg VG DIY WTA
03 ml 24 mg PG
or
12 ml PG
12 ml 24 mg DIY WTA
06 ml 12 mg PG

Double the above recipes to get 60ml amounts. It's not super precise, but I figured you probably don't want to work with fractions of a ml amounts.

Edit: these are Pre flavoring amounts. For every ml of flavoring added, subtract a ml from the unflavored non-nic PG (since most flavors are PG or alcohol based).
