okay, can someone update me on where e-cigarettes stand?

Is the FDA still seizing e-cigarette products? Is it safe to order e-cigarettes out of the country? How are regulatory issues currently being solved in the US?

C'mon FDA, I just really need to you to stop being so attached to me.. you're like a controlling girlfriend.. "You can't do this and you can't do that."
We need freedom of choice in this country.. and I'm not talking about having the right to an abortion.

That's pretty much how all of us feel. I haven't had any issues, and all of my stuff is going through APO which has to be inspected on this side, or so they say. I have had only one box opened for inspection and I think that they just wanted some of my pogey bait.

Heya Dawg,

the FDA battle is still in the courts. They're not supposed to seizing products sent to njoy, but might still be seizing some products from other companies. I think that smaller personal orders have gotten through pretty regularly (perhaps someone who orders from overseas can say for sure)

There is no question that this will be controlled and regulated by someone.

Just about everything else you take, or eat, or drink is.

The question is... who, and when, and how.

From my own experience and reports here on ECF, the vast majority of individual orders from Chinese suppliers are coming through without a problem. It does seem for some reason that the few that are seized seem to come through Chicago whereas those coming through New York rarely have a problem. I've placed somewhere around 35 orders from Heaven Gifts and BestEcigs and they have always gotten through with no problems. I would suggest always using EMS shipping.
