I ordered levelcigs 510 :I'm not allowed to post links yet

The instructions say to hold in the manual button for the atomizer....but I don't see a button!

I'm guessing by the name that it's a 510 atomizer, but now I'm not sure.
The atomizer seems to warm up after taking a few drags. Is this correct?

Am I doing something wrong? I'm getting vapor, but was hoping for more of a throat hit.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If it is a 510 manual it should have a button on the battery plain as day.
The juice inside may not be strong enough for a throat hit. If you look up the joye 510 on the search bar you will find out all you need to know about it. Also I will try to find that specific e cig, and I can tell you if it is a joye 510 GL and Welcome!!! ps. if you have questions I may be able to help you out more. pss. ok from the looks of it, I believe it is a 510 automatic, probably not joye.

so a joye 510 is what I should have gotten, based on reviews?
The cartridge is a high strength, but it says I should carge the battery for 8 hours after the first charge... so maybe it'll change.
Can the atomizers interchange? I mean, can I get a joye 510 to work with this model, or am I stuck?
I was just hoping for more. I guess I should have researched more!

Sounds like you wound up with an automatic battery instead of a manual one.
Automatic batteries often take some practice to get them working good for you.

Stand in front of a mirror and watch the LED as you take drags.
You want to see how hard you need to draw on it to get that LED lit.
And you want to see how hard you need to draw on it to keep it lit as long as possible.

For some automatic batteries your only choice is to do consecutive short drags.
And it is often said that a quick short initial draw (primer puff) followed by a real drag will work well.

Most people recommend slower, longer draws.

Oh no...
I really got this for my gf.
She didn't overly care for the original e-cig I got for her last year. She likes it, but it hasn't helped much in her quitting. It's too hard for her to draw from
I guess I screwed up by getting an automatic again. That's what I get for not researching!
She's a wonderful woman, but doesn't have the patience for trying to make the automatic work for her. I know her well enough to know that she won't want to bother with dripping juice onto a cartridge.
Is there a good manual joye 501 with a prefilled cartridge?

Sorry to be a pest, but I don't completely understand how this all works! Help!
I want to get her something good this week!
thanks

I'm gonna suggest the Joye 510 No Box kit from the link below...
Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store.

If she likes it she will eventually want a PCC or a passthru as well.

Unfortunately, I don't know where to get prefilled cartridges.
Pretty much nobody uses them around here, so it may be awhile before you get any answers.

Thanks for helping.
I need something that has great vapor and a good throat hit.
Her biggest drawback is that if it's not a good throat hit, then it's not an enjoyable smoke.

I'm reading about manual vs manual batteries, and it seems as though nobody really agrees on the forum.

Does the manual tend to give off more vapor and a better throat hit. If so, I'll go through the slight inconvenience of a button.

I'm really just trying to do things right for her. She wants to quit, but needs some help along the way!
Thank you to everyone trying to help.
The ones I just purchased have a moneyback guarantee, so I'll just use that money for something that will fit her needs.
It's tough trying to be a good boyfriend! I forgot about that after having been married for 16 years!!!
I'll do anything for this woman!
Thanks again!

My suggestion is to get both like I did, if you want to "drip" on the ATTY your going to want a manual as dripping on an auto is apparently bad for it.

I find very little to no difference in vapor production between the two, however others seem to love their manuals.

Yellowmonkey - Manuals have a button, automatics you just inhale and they activate. From what I've seen, most people prefer manuals. They last longer because juice can't get into the battery, also don't have a cutoff so you can draw as long as you want.

NHaler has prefilled carts. Haven't tried them, but their juice is awesome so I assume the same of the carts.

This may have been asked but do you smoke or vape neptune? I have seen it can be hard for someone who does not to get another to quit. GL though I hope she does.

I don't smoke. I hate it, actually.
I grew up in a home where my father was a pretty heavy smoker.
He had quadruple bypass surgery because of it in 2002, and hasn't touched one since.

Having grown up in that environment, my body can handle nicotine without any effects... so, I'm able to try out the e-cigs with no problem.

My ex-wife smoked, but she quit when we got married in 1991. She has no reason to start up again.

My girlfriend has been with me for 2 years, and still will not smoke in front of me. She wants us to have a tobacco-free life together.

That's why I got her an e-cig last year, and it just didn't do the trick.
I tried again, and though what I got today is better, I know it still won't do the trick.

So, thanks to all the tips here, I'm ordering what I think will help her cravings. Now that the prices for these are cost-effective, I don't mind buying her another one. She can pick which one fits her needs better.

She would do the same for me.

It's really not much of ahassle doing the cart refilling by hand - if you have good falvorsome juice it only takes a few drops. Not much more of a faff than lighting a burning stick (find lighter, get lighter, light lighter, put lighter away). I use a joye510 myself - a manual because, well pressing a button isn't anymore of a hassle than putting something in an ashtray lol. Also I heard SOME autos can be tempramental.
You really do need a good juice though and while carts are/can be good there's not much in em and buying the little bottles end up more cost effective - and tastier!
I just got some butter rum juice (tasty vapor made one) that I drip into the cart OR drip onto the atty bridge (direct dripping) and its wonderful stuff. Sweet, rummy, and smells like it tastes - divine. It ( a good quality juice) made a HUGE difference in my enjoyment of vaping - HUGE - can't emphasise it enough. Didn't even WANT a regular cig today because they don't taste like this. The urge to pick it up has GONE, just GONE. Never thought Id say that EVER.
Good luck to ya :)
