Hi,

I seem to have a problem with my Omega once kicked, with any 18650 that I own it fires 100% of the time, since I got my kick last night I've been having misfires, tried the kick in 2 other devices and it works 100% time as well, what seems to be the issue is like if the Kick is "wiggling" out of the spot where the center post of the switch touches base. Any idea of a temp fix i could use since I mainly bought the kick for my Omega ?

I'm open for suggestions, thanks in advance.

Edit: It seems like its my top switch that is acting up, the nut was loose, it comes loose very very easy even tho i try to tighten it, and now it was so loose that the post didnt see to be touching past the delrin. Is there a fix for that ?

The fire pin only protrudes past the derlin only .030in. Far as tightening it, it requires a 5/16 socket(thin wall). Hand tighten it and then tighten 1/4 turn past hand tight.

Thanks for your answer cddz, so I tried that last night, and now the nut seems very tight and hasn't moved but the Omega/Kick combination still doesn't fire consistently. It works flawless in my homemade copper mod, and also in a friends SB. Would you have any other idea or pointers for me to look for? Sometimes just unscrewing the top and removing battery and re-inserting battery seems to make it fire ok for like 4-5 times in a row and then it starts misfiring again, I'm quite stumped as why. Its a Silver Vein Omega 1.1, brand new Kick, AW IMR 18490's batteries. I tested with a 1.5 ohms joyetech 306 in my DCA (my usual vape on the Omega), with a 3 ohms 510 and my Genesis Maxi with a coil at 1.6-ish ohms coil. does the same thing with all three atomizers. The delrin spacer looks "loose" in the cap after removing and reinstalling so many times yesterday, could that be an issue as well ?

I'll wait for your kind response,
