do NOT I repeat do NOT put halo juices in a rba, I got my awesome diablo mod and mutation x v2 rba today, I decided to try my favorite juice which is halo's tribecca in it.... omg ewwwww!! I had to clean the coils and use new cotton then put in my space jam juice back in.. 3mg nic

burnt taste, burns throat a little, and smells awful, it doesn't even taste or smell like I'm using their juice.. 6mg nic by the way HARSH!

back to the tritons they go!

anyone else try halo juices in a mech mod and have a good experience?

I haven't used tribeca in anything higher than a microcoil @ 11w, and while it's not the thickest eliquid I've used a few of theirs in RDAs (I really like voodoo) at much higher wattages and not experienced anything like this. Legitmately confused as to what's going on. You didn't give specifics on coil/wick setup, but I'm almost wondering if you aren't burning your cotton or something.

I always keep a bottle of PG and a bottle of VG on hand for juices that don't work well. I find that adding a few drops of PG when it's too think or VG if it's too thin fixes the burning issue with RBAs. If that doesn't work then make sure you have adequate juice flow. Not enough juice will burn the cotton quickly.

I tried Tribecca once, so now I don't buy stuff from Halo.

Tribeca and Belgium cocoa were were two favorite liquids for a while, now I can't even smell them without dry heaving.

As I got better and better equipment it brought out nuances and underlying flavors in the e-liquid I simply didn't like.

It could simply be that Halo use about a 70/30 or 65/35 PG/VG mix and that is where the harshness is coming from or it could be that you just don't like it in a dripper.

I'm not knocking Halo by the way, I had good experiences and would still recommend their e-liquids to others, they just aren't for me anymore.

If I could only use one word to describe Tribeca, it would be: Corn. I've decided I don't care for vaping corn based flavors.

I've had the same experience. Halo went from being my favorite vendor to something I hardly use anymore. It's a shame too considering how much I have just sitting there.

I like Halo e-liquids. I find Trebeca to be quite mild until I crank up the voltage. I don't have a dripper (yet :), so I'm vaping using the Aspire mini. I didn't know that Halo uses a 70/30 or 65/35 mix ratio, I thought that it might have been closer to 50/50. Also, I wondering what makes their juices so smooth and comfortable? I've tried e-liquid from a number of different vendors and for the most part find them very "dry." Could Halo be adding a sweetener to their juices to mellow out the flavour?
