OMG fasttech ship it already

So i placed an order on feb 1st. It said it would ship feb 4th after the holiday. My order status says Waiting to be packaged since the 5th. How long does it take to package and ship something? I have never had this long of a wait time with items instock and ready to ship. Anyone else having these problems??

They usually give a shipping "estimate" date for the entire order, what date does it say?

Is there one particular item that is holding up the order?

Also keep in mind im sure they had THOUSANDS of backed up orders that were placed during the holiday, and also probably have some major supplier slowdowns due to all of China basically shutting down for a few weeks.

Hopefully it'll ship soon!

All the items say they are instock and ready to ship. There is no expected ship date. There was an expected ship date of the 5th but since that has passed all it says is waiting to be packaged.

I had the same issue with madvapes. Placed an order on a Saturday, didn't expect any progress until Monday but received a tracking number Monday night. Checked it all week and and it didn't move. Submitted a ticket to them and an hour later I got a notification that USPS received my shipment but no reply to the ticket until today. Normally it's not an issue to wait a few days but I paid for 2 day shipping because I was running out of eliquid and needed it in a hurry. No I didn't wait as long as you have but it seemed to me like they sat on it and didn't bother to ship until I submitted a ticket to their customer service

I have an outstanding order placed Jan. 16th and mine was recently updated to waiting to package too. With the long holiday I don't expect to receive it before the 1st. I have learned never use fasttech to order something you are needing anytime soon. I am thrilled to get any order from them in under 30 days. But, sometimes it worth the wait since their prices are so low.

Hopefully it ships soon! You can always put another ticket it, can't hurt anyways!
But what you stated is one of the few reasons I don't buy from fasttech. The shipping time kills me lol. Even if I don't NEED something I still don't want it to take 30+ days to get here. /shrug

ya cant beat that pricing though :/ but god forbid i have three things from them i ordered a week ago and they have yet to even ship it. only one item on that list was ready to ship and that was just a drip tip lol

youre not missing out on much so youre good haha. some of their stuff is trash. like some of mechanical mods just dont feel right
since ive picked up my hcigar king i dont think ill pick up clones from fasttech anymore. just rbas to have around.

I placed an order just before the Chinese New Year and it went out a couple of days after their return. I was pleased as well. However I placed an order with Focale at the same time and it is still sitting. They explain one item is out of stock. Huh? Ordered over a month ago? My last order with Focale. By the way have you noticed the usual 5 day processing on most of these vendors most of the time? I am starting to suspect they stock nothing and are having the items "Drop Shipped" to them after they receive orders and payment.

I ordered non-e-cigarette items way back on January 5th ....... then weeks later came "Spring Festival"...... and now they are back.

My poor little package was "processed" eight days ago through the 'sort facility'. Now it is on to .............. who the heck knows. Eventually it will hit the USPS and they will slow-mule it from way the heck North towards me; it will take at least ten days because of the few pennies they receive as postage from the folks in China.

February 10, 2014 , 10:14 am <--------------------- Not a word since then ......... and when it hits the USA - another long wait.

I just ordered what amounts to "junk" so if it never comes - I am not out a great deal of dough. It will, however, be fun to see how the "PayPal" folks respond; it will likely take forever or simply be too much time expended to hassle the 'back and forth' messages.
