I like my kit even though my kick seems to be lost in translation right now so i am just waiting now and it is seriously peeving me. I want a provari but will be waiting for the pretty colored ones. But yes i is nice to have us Utahn's on here. have you checked out the Utah Vapers Association? what are you using for your "rig".

HELLO!!!!

Welcome smkd13!

A lot of folks introduce themselves to the forum by a brief intro explaining how
long they've been addicted to tobacco, and how hard it has been for them to
kick that habit. For me, it was 39 years before I found e-cigs to be even a remotely
viable solution.

You did not introduce yourself that way. Don't get me wrong. I hope I'm not
coming off as judgemental. If you are a young person who is attracted to the
community spirit of vaping, I can understand that. But if you are that, please,
please, please, do yourself the biggest favor in the world by sticking to the 0%
nicotine juice.

I sincerly apologize if I've read you wrong. If my instincts are right, please don't
volunteer for an addiction to nicotine. I am 56 years old and wish to the good
Lord in heaven that I'd never started smoking when I was 16 years old.

For folks like me, this forum is a Godsend. A Godsend, not a game. It's literally
life and death. If you're not already addicted to nicotine, please, please, please,
DO NOT PLAY WITH THIS MONSTER. It will grab you by your throat, and it will
not ever let you go. Not ever! You will be sorry someday.

Again, if I've read you wrong I sincerely apologize. If I've got it right,
then I sound like your mom, in which case I apologize for that too. In
any case, please take these words of experience and ponder them before
taking the next step. Even if you can satisfy your addiction relatively
safely, it is still an addiction that will make your life miserable at some
point in the future.

No matter what you do, you are welcome here my friend. Nic 0% is
my ultimate goal. I hope it is yours too!

I guess that i may have been a little lax on that area of my addiction. I am actually a 14 year smoker. I started smoking when I was 11. I remember were too. It was behind a gas station in Rigby, ID. I loved smoking the taste of the tobacco as well as the smoke coming out. I absolutely loved smoking. I was about a pack and a half a day smoker. I wanted to quit but all my attempts failed.

I then found Vaping. It was a godsend for me. The day that i got my RS, i threw away my pack of smoke and committed solely to vaping. I haven't smoked a cig in 46 days. The improvements that i have had has been immense. I have my sense of smell back, I can actually taste things, I have more lung capacity and i just feel better overall.

Thank you for the words of caution. it is nice to see someone that is looking out for the younger folks on here that are just here to for "social" i would strongly recommend 0 nic to them too.

thank you for your concern and i am glad that you found a alternative to your addiction as well.

Hi,newbie here.I came here to find out about e-cigs and all that good stuff.I really need to stop smoking because of health reason's,so I hope this forum will help me find an alternative to smoking.Thank's.

well this is the right place to be. it is in no way a smoking cessation program. it is just a less harmless way to get your nicotine. If your serious about it then you just gotta commit to it and got from there. there is a million and a half options out there. you will find a lot of information on this site. just read away and ask questions. most of the questions your gonna have will be answered here.

if you have any questions just post here and i will reply with whatever help i can offer and information i can provide.
