China will clone any of the new devices they want because they know no one can sue them over intellectual property. The government in China is very different and they don't have to abide by the rules of trade mark, copyright and patent. Many have tried to sue the cloners in China but all have failed.

True, but, ummmmm how did they get the design for an Atty not released yet if its not even manufactured there?

That's the point of my post. They have to have one before they can clone it.
