One cartomizers won't work with my riva 510 battery?

It's just ONE of them filled with French vanilla tobacco, and it doesn't work on one of my batteries for some reason, but works on the other, it seems to only be that one. Is it a problem with my battery or the cartomizer

On the non working battery, pry up the center contact just a little, with a thumb tack or fork tine.
Pretty common problem, that is the usual fix.

+1 I use a very small jewelers screwdriver.
