As the prime person who is probably most responsible for revealing this debacle of nic levels, I can say with all truth that I have tested my MFS 100 mg VG, and it was 98 mg, so within uncertainty for the method I used. I know it was also tested by DVap who also verified the level. In fact, I was confident enough with MFS that this liquid was my control, since it had already been titrated by DVap.

I have no affiliation with MFS, but I shared these results in the Houston thread, and on cozzicon's show. Of course it was just the bottle I got, but I do trust Chris above most vendors here. What Chris is doing is beyond generous, and I think people should take advantage of it. It also happens to be my favorite nic liquid for DIY. I am also a vaper, and I do have my favorite products.
