Not kidding at all...being held accountable is what being a part of a community is all about... Where would we be if no one was held accountable for their actions. As I said in the other thread, everyone's moral compass points in different direction, there is no true north. We really can't be mad that he is selling it, in his mind, or heart or whatever, (not trying to be derogatory here) it is perfectly acceptable for him to sell it. I, on the other hand, as well as others in this thread, find it in incredibly poor taste...
Take 2 guys for example, friends for years. After one has a recent break-up the other turns around and dates the first one's ex-girlfriend. In the second guy's mind it was perfectly acceptable. But that's just something the first guy wouldn't do. Should he be mad? Can he be? The answer is yes to both, but the second guy didn't "do" anything wrong....did he? Its all perspective...
I want the Copper. I lot of the reason is it looks like it would last a really long time. That's important to me. It is also versatile. Like that alot. It has that steampunk look.

After trading a couple friendly PM's with Misplaced, it has occurred to me.... I am jealous. He's got it, I don't. And that is the root of my discourse...I stand firmly on everything I've said, but have to admit, where my initial irritation stemmed from. Misplaced seems like another one of the many decent folk we have around here. He decided to close his for sale thread. I think I feel bad about that now...

In their defense, both misplacedsooner and K*Rose are fairly new to the ECF, and might not have found that sense of Community yet that most of us share...
And yes, some of us can get a bit over-protective about defending one of our own at times... so for that I apologize.
