way to go, I always like reading these things, so here ya go, pat yourself on your back!
2 WEEKS TO 3 MONTHS

* Circulation improves
* Walking becomes easier
* Lung function increases up to 30 percent

1 TO 9 MONTHS

* Coughing, sinus congestion, fatigue, and shortness of breath decrease
* Cilia regrow in lungs, increasing their ability to handle mucus, clean the lungs, and reduce infection
* Body's overall energy increases

As for this, Analog: Still waiting on it. However, I believe my problems in this area are more congenital than smoking related. ROFL

My third week no Cigs today. I gotta tell ya, I don't feel more energy at all, quite the opposite, I feel fatigued and more tired than normal. That may have nothing to do with quitting cigarettes or it may I'm not sure. One thing I have noticed I've been getting up earlier and don't feel as tired when I first wake up, but about half way into my day I'm dead beat! ~shrug~ not sure why.

It could be part of the quitting experience. Your body is detoxing from all the toxins in analogs. The run down feeling could be part of that process.
