vaping now for a month, still haven't found the elusive "all-day vape" or figured out which mod I need to buy. I guess I do know enough now to know I need to buy a mod, so that's something.

My guess is a lot of people have done what I'm doing, buying lots of juices, scouring the forums for information, etc. If I let myself do it I am sure I could spend all my waking hours on ECF doing research.

So it's a good hobby as well as a path to becoming tobacco-free.

I wonder now if I'm doing some things wrong. This is mostly based on these 3 observations:

  1. Carts never last more than 10 minutes. I've tried almost all the cart mods, had the most success with the "Highping" mod, but even with that my carts run out really quickly.
  2. Cartomizers do not last more than 30 minutes. With the exception of the Mega cartomizers, which last a little longer but seem too airy. It's not from lack of juice, I'm sure they're getting full, sometimes overfilled even.
  3. This may result in me being shunned by the cool kids of vaping, but I really don't like dripping. I get what it's about, I understand the flavor is better, etc. BUT when I drip it seems like the act of dripping is constant. Take a few vapes, grab the juice, repeat.
It occurs to me that these my be symptoms of over-vaping, or perhaps vaping lower nicotine levels than I need. I'm primarily using 16-18 mg juices, but even when I step up to 24-26 it doesn't seem to noticeably slow down my juice consumption.

Right now I'm thinking I need to get a Wetbox or some other juice-feeding mod just to free up my time/hassle of dealing with re-juicing all the time. But I would like to get some thoughts/advice on this from others in the forum.

Thanks for your time.

I've been vaping about 3+ months, and have found the "blue foam" cart
mod the best for me. I fill 3 -4 and just switch 'em out.
If you're getting 10 min on a fill, that's longer that any analog ever lasted
for me. And if you lighted another you were aq dirty "chain smoker"
Vaping is easier to just keep going, and going.......

You may be correct in looking at stronger juice. I was 1 1/2 pad
smoker, and am using 26 -30mg/ml juice, and found it was easier to put down
the vape, but only after a couple months. Not sure why, novelty wore off
a little??
I just started trying dripping, and doing it only at home, relaxing and gives me
something to fiddle with, keeps my hands busy.

Dripping works for me but it sounds like the only thing left for you to try is a juice feed system of some sort. NotCigs has a $15 external unit that might offer an inexpensive way to test the waters. Mr. T has a new external system as well. There are some reservoir systems out that I know nothing about, don’t even know what they call them in fact. The full blown juice feed mods are probably the most expensive option, but also the most popular (the wet box has gotten some bad reviews, don’t know first hand, but read up before you buy one).

Although dripping will probably be my main method of vaping, there are times it’s inconvenient. I’ve been looking at some of these as possible solutions.

I know it seems ominous when you see the OOS on all these mods, but this is a patience thing. These guys building these mods are doing it all on their own. So it takes time for them to complete a set, and their quality control is rediculous. I would advise that you find the threads they communicate on and subscribe to those threads and keep watching for information about upcoming release dates. I hope you find the one that works for you!
