Hi again! I'll be glad when I can provide help here rather than asking for it. I have a Kanger Sub-tank. Purchased it when the unit first hit the market. So its call the plain old Sub-tank, not a Sub-Tank plus. My problem is I picked up a box of replacement silicon rings for the Sub-Tank, however when I try to put them on they are all too tight, hence when sliding the pyrex over top of the cage the top ring seal always slides down the cage, even with some lubricant (juice) on it. Does anyone have previous experience with swapping out the silicon rings on the sub-tank and how to do so successfully?

Thanks in advance!

Are the new o rings made by Kanger or some after market company. I noticed with some after market products the tolerances are off a little. Put the new o rings side by side with your o rings that came with your sub tank and see if there is a noticeable size difference. Also make sure you're placing the right o rings in the correct places and not mixing them up.
