I wanted to let eveyone know why i think Rob is one of the GOOD SUPPLIERS!! I had a small mix up in one of my order so i called the phone number that was right on web site!! ( One of the few sites that has a real number you can call) Rob picked up the phone ready to help!! i let him know what had happened and he did the one thing that made it all better ( First he said he was SORRY for the mix up and said he would fix it ASAP!!) and he did!! Rob gets a AAA++++ in my book of suppliers
