I just have to tell you about the wonderful thing that Kim did for me -- I wanted to order a flavor out of stock so I posted...

When will you have more French Vanilla in the shop? Can we order it anyway? I love vanilla...

and got the post back...

We are expecting a shipment on Tues, August 10th which will include the French Vanilla and PA's version of RY4!

If you are getting one of the specials and want to get either, your welcome to but an order including one of them will not ship until Wed morning at best. Our UPS generally comes around 5pm and The postoffice closes at 530pm, so to close to call for sure!

but I didn't want to wait so I ordered anyway without it and my Monday order arrived on Thursday (not bad for the Illinois USPS) and I was going to use something else until I ordered again. Lo and behold, there was a bottle of French Vanilla in the mail this morning, I hadn't ordered it but there it was -- and I had a BIG smile on my face!

See, that's what it takes, thinking outside the box to ensure customer satisfaction! I've got time on my hands so I've been looking at all the manufacturers and providers and I know they had good prices for what I want to DIY. I could not have expected the rest and I was thinking they'd be my go-to resource, now I know they are. Thanks, Kim, and I'll order more after Vapefest!
