First would like to thank the members of ECF the info you have left for all of us noobs to read . That helped me make my choice what mods I wanted and didn't want. Second would like to thank My local stores GLV (Great Lakes Vapor) & Tarot Laps . Both have helped get the right gear and juice. I was a pack a day Newport smoker (13 years) that has tried pills,patch,gum, and even lasers to stop. I'm one week in and feeling great. I'm sure this time its going to work.

had a friend swear by it , worked for him . Well replaced cigs for cigars. It did open my nasal air ways.
