Congrats! The one week mark was when I gave away my stockpile of lighters. Actually felt good to get rid of them. It was premature though as I quickly realized that I needed them to light my candles! Oops!

Wednesday was 3 weeks for me and I can't believe how easy it was after trying the gum, patches, cold turkey and the dreaded Chantix. Still have cravings, but I just vape through them and all is good.

Yeah! Great news! Keep vaping! It took me 24 years to find a way to be cigarette free and, as all have said, it does get easier. What helped me is the little things:
My clothes, car, house started smelling good (all the time)
No complaints every time I pulled out my lighter
Food tastes better
My car windows are much clearer
I can breathe...a little better each month and I am starting to walk more.
These are the ones that come to mind I am sure there are many more, its been since around April for me (looking for that 1st year)
Congratulations and keep on keepin' on!
