One year ago today...

One year ago today, I received my e-cig kit (901t) which started me on my vaping journey. During the first week, I still smoked a couple of the most ritualistic cigarettes during the day with my morning coffee and after dinner. Finally, traditional cigarettes just didn't cut it any more, and vaping took over. And no, I still haven't broke even on vaping expenses over traditional cigarette costs, but I'm getting close!

It's been said before, but it deserves to be repeated over and over again. Thank you to the awesome members of ECF for all the knowledge you share and all the support that you give. Without this community, I don't know that I would be celebrating my one year vape anniversary now, and y'all made it relatively easy to do.

Yes, I absolutely do feel much healthier and I have more energy as time goes by (not bad for a middle-aged guy). Before I started, I would wheeze while breathing, even when just relaxing and talking on the phone. Now, I can run up several flights of stairs and my lungs are fine, even if my legs do complain.

Edit: I just looked at your sig. Over 7 thousand smokes avoided, and you didn't waste $ 2,400.00 on tobacco. That's impressive!
