I just wanted to say thanks to Steve and the V4L crew for putting such a great product out there. It's been a year now since I quit the cigarettes and I'm still sitting here puffin' on my passthrough. I so love my passthroughs!

I'd never have been able to stop my 38 year multiple pack a day Marlboro Red habit had it not been for these ecigs. I still can't believe it! It's still like a miracle to me.

So, since I quit the cigs, I've done lots of other things. Quitting cigs is a huge confidence builder, at least it has been for me. I am able to start things and stick to them now, where I never seemed to be able to before. I've been exercising regularly, I've quit eating all meat, dairy and egg products. I know that's not everyone's cup of tea, but my point is that one healthy thing just seemed to lead to another. I've lost about 40 lbs and have been able to keep it off, too. I've never been able to keep weight off before, I always gained it back as soon as I got to my goal.

I've also gotten to the point that I can actually leave the house and not take an ecig with me and not even think about it at all. I don't think it'll be long before I will kick nicotine in all forms for good and I couldn't have done any of this without my Vapor King.
I also have to give credit to my Copper mod, it was my first ecig and I still use it.

Thanks V4L! Keep up the good work. You are saving more lives than you'll ever know. Now I don't have to worry about hauling an oxygen tank around with me, that was a huge fear I had. And those clear plastic tubes in my nose... no no no!

Thanks, everyone! I surely do wake up with energy in the mornings instead of feeling hungover, though I never did drink, if you know what I mean. :)

Katt718 I started out with 36 mg and found that I didn't need that much. I went with 24 mg and it seemed to satisfy and the flavor seemed better to me at that strength, I stayed there for a little while and then went to 18's. I made sure I had my next highest mg when I tried to step down to a lower one while I was doing my experimentation of mg and even now, I keep some 24's around so that I can get a quick fix if I have a craving. Flavors are different at different mgs. The higher, the harsher, at least to me.

The batteries I love the best are the manual extra longs. I don't care for the auto batteries because they are easier for me to ruin by getting juice down into them when I use refills. (But they are marvelous if I'm just using cartos that are prefilled.) I'm not very disciplined when it come to filling carts. The passthrough is a huge lifesaver. I like any of the VK batteries as long as they are manuals, but the extra long is what I use all the time now and will always order from now on. I'm still using the ones I ordered back in October of last year and they are still working great.

Ah, the flavors. I am not sure what your tastes are, but I am into the coffee, chocolates, caramels and those types. However, Peach Cobbler was my first love and it still is right up there with my all time favorites. Carmel Mocha Frappuccino is probably the best flavor I've ever had from anywhere and it is still my favorite. I'm not that into the fruits and minty stuff. I like baked goods. I also love the RY4 flavor. It's tobaccoy with sweetness of caramel.

I used Virginia to get me over the hump of thinking I wanted to taste tobacco. I don't even use any tobacco flavors anymore, I stopped that right after I started vaping. Most people believe they need to replicate the tobacco flavor, but most usually find out that isn't what they like in vapor, once they start to branch out and experiment some.

Good luck, you've got the tools you need to quit now! :)

Thank you so much!

You know, I didn't even think of celebrating this in some way. I'll have to do something special with my husband this weekend.

And for all you that are just starting out, I think 90 percent of quitting with a vaporizer is just having the open mind needed to give it a try. I'm still amazed that this works the way it does. :) And I'm always sad when someone who smokes is aware of the PV and still doesn't believe it will work for them without even trying it first. Though I guess you really can't blame people since there are so many FDA approved concoctions that do not work. I know, I've tried several of them and none of them worked, but this does. :)

Awww that is great Pugz! It is a good feeling, isn't it? I also never thought I would be able to kick it for good. I even quit cold turkey for 3 years once and never lost the desire for a smoke and eventually went back on it! Now - with my trusty VK I know I will never go down that path again! If I eventually give up the VK, fine, but I am in no hurry and feel so much better now. It has been an answer to my prayers and the best part is I don't even miss smoking at all. That is why I am sooooo in love with the guys at V4L... ;) They are the best!
