I quit the same day I started vaping. About 35 years smoking, sometimes up to 2 packs a day. It's been pretty crazy with the looming deeming and possible restrictions and regulations. All that hunting and gathering you know. lol I never thought I'd be able to quit really. Tried patches, gum, inhalers, said no thanks to the creepy side-effects pills, and had pretty much resigned myself that I'd end up like my Dad, taking his oxygen off to smoke. He died.
One night about a year after he died I had a particularly hard time breathing with that elephant on my chest and just screamed NOOOOOOOO in my head.
