Hello everyone. Just a bit of an intro.

I have been using e-cigs now for a year and haven't had an ordinary smoke in all that time! I was a twenty a day man which I gradually cut down to ten to fifteen a day. I started with the little look-a-likes from Skycig, mainly because they had an amzing offer at the time but I quickly got fed up with the constant battery charging but they did the job in that they made me see what was possible. I then bought some BE112 batteries (which believe are also known as DSE801's). These are 320mAh batteries so afford longer time between battery charges but I would advise anyone to have at least three batteries just to make sure you always have one that is charged.

I then got a 650mAh ego style battery (with a 901 thread) and although it lasted me almost the whole day I found that on full charge it burnt a lot of cartomisers out and also it didn't give me that cigarette feel in my hand. I am now on a search for a penstyle type setup with automatic batteries that last a reasonable amount of time using either cartomisers or clearomisers. I never liked the atomiser/cartridge combination. I have also joined the ranks of those on the search for the illusive tobacco like e-liquid. The fruit flavoured ones etc just don't do anything for me.

I have tried KR808D-1 batteries, the aforementioned BE112's and a couple of E9 (KR808D-2) batteries. I have yet to try 510 batteries and I think maybe a couple of the larger XL 510's may be on my shopping list next.

I am currently using KR808D-1 batteries with two (yes two) adaptors to facilitate the use of RN4081 cartomisers filled with EL TORO Cigarillos 18mg strength liquid.... it's surprisingly good!

Do you think I have got the bug????

Hi everyone and thank you all for your welcoming comments. Funny how talking about something makes you think. In my post I mentioned my current, favourite setup of a KR808D-1 battery with two (yes two) adaptors to facilitate the use of RN4081 cartomisers. The adaptors were a 901 to 808D-1 and then a 901 to RN4081. It didn't work with with just the 901 to RN4081 adaptor but then I remembered reading somewhere about prising out the centre post of the battery slightly to make sure of a good contact. I have just done this and it now works perfectly with just the 901 to RN4081 adaptor. Can't say that I notice any great difference but surely less is better and it just happens to coincide with a delivery of fifty 4081 cartomisers! :)

Thank you all again for your kind welcome.
