Wow ! This is it ! I finally made it !!
I was never going to quit smoking !
(I knew I should)
I did not want to !!
(well...sort of....)
I enjoyed smoking !!
(well, the actions of smoking!)
I've beaten cancer 3 times.
(I knew I should quit.)
The last round resulted in a bi-lateral mastectomy, (both ta-tas gone !), with re-construction.
(Eeewwwww....)
Now, I could barely move...but I managed to smoke.
(well, I should quit.... someday).
2 1/2 years later was still smoking !! I was given a flyer by someone selling e-cigs on a website. Looked at it....oh please....1 cart equals....well you know ! But, it had my curiosity, so I started my research !
( I like gadgets !)
On March 6, 2010 I ordered the Vapor King Platinum Kit (a 510 ) from Electronic Cigarettes Inc. for $149.95. It had everything, even a PCC and a car adapter.
Found ECF and started lurking and learning !
(But to quit smoking....no !)
Kit arrived on the 10th or 11th. Opened and charged it on Saturday the 13th. Played around with it, took it to work....started liking it....ok !
( It's kinda fun !)
On March 19th, I finished the last cigarette in the carton, THAT'S IT !!
I simply decided it tasted better and was a much healthier alternative.
(no brainer accident!)
So, having made light of this...I have to admit that I didn't want to be a smoker ! I knew it was killing me. And geez...I was finally getting tired of being chopped up bit by bit !
I am thankful that I was given that flyer. I would not have done any research and I would still be smoking !!
Enough !! I am happy....thrilled !!!!
One Year !! Cigarette free !!
