One year success

Hit one year mark. I was a long time smoker for 50 + years and got very good at quitting

Started vaping with an eGO for about 5 months. Used 24 mg and 0 mg as an 50/50 mix and got down to zero by changing ratio over a couple months.

Bought a Provari as a reward to myself.

There are days I do not pick it up at all.

Feeling pretty darn good about it.

THIS FORUM IS A GOLD MINE FOR THOSE TRYING TO FIND THEIR OWN PATH TOWARD BECOMING NICOTINE FREE.
