Hi @Verashu it's been 8 days since I placed my order and part of it says it's still processing??? I ordered 1 thing--the Geekvape Frenzy Pod System Kit in color Black Onyx--from the Hong Kong warehouse & 2 things--Geekvape Frenzy Pod Cartridge 2ml with coils(1pc/pack) & Vapesourcing Ice Litchi E-Juice 60ml-6mg--from the USA warehouse, to the US. The thing from the Hong Kong warehouse says it's on it's way with tracking info & that is good, but the things from the USA still say processing & hasn't changed. Why hasn't it shipped yet? If it does not ship soon, I will be forced to issue a chargeback. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

Its been three days and my order still has not been shipped. I changed my vape color and has still not shipped. I would be happy to take any uwell caliburn color. Here is a link for a different color.
