Well, I've used FT and still use FT, but there's a few things you should know about them.
Don't order unless you are okay with getting your pkg as late as 8 weeks later, no joke. Most shipments take about 8-14 days though.
Some items are authentic, some are clones/fakes, some are garbage, some are a great bargain. Read reviews on each item, look at the picture carefully, and ask questions before you buy if you are unsure of any purchase.
FT is having some customs issues particularly with batteries, so you may want to hold off on a battery purchase - someone may say otherwise that it's resolved. I'm not sure, I just know there were issues recently.

Fasttech is great, but you have to pay attention to what your getting they do sell copies of things as well as originals, some work wonderful, others not so much. many people make the mistake of getting a cheap copy of something and, while it works, they get mad becuase they expected the real thing.
so it helps to dig in those forums and read the customer reviews on fasttech to make sure its really worth the price.
personally I have spend a few 100 there over the past year and never had a problem, they also offer one of the best warranties and great customer service, but being in china dont order it expecting it in 4 days.

Yeah, I've ordered stuff from china on eBay and it can be a long wait .. Lol. It's almost with pay the little extra for shipping. But thank for the heads up

Yes. I have ordered a few things from them. I'm actually waiting for a few orders from them. I did order a protank mini but had to wait almost a month for delivery but the item works fine. Right now I'm waiting for a Evod battery and some coil heads. Should be getting that this week I hope.
many people are very unsure becuse this stuff is so cheap, but go to FT's home page and you find out its an older company with like a 30,000 sq foot warehouse dead center of chinas manufacturing district, so they buy things in massive bulk direct. easy to get a discount when you can walk to the end of the block and order a pallet of something lol
