I love dealing with Apollo. I did alot of research on different starter kits when I started and decided on starting with this company. They have gone above and beyond with my orders and needs. The first order I got (about 1 year ago)the lil plastic end cap that defuses the LED light fell off. I called them to see if they could ship me a replacement cap they sent me a new battery. This time I noticed when I was about to check out on a $150 dollar order (Switching to clearamizers) I was being charged sales tax. So I contacted apollo to see if I could conduct a no sales tax transaction because I live in Oregon. BOOM done. dropped almost $10 off my order. I don't think I will deal with anybody eles unless they don't sell what I need.

I just ordered some stuff from Sinister Liquids. theyre e-juices are amazing. i got some from a local store for about twice what they sell it for to try it out, and i ordered a big bottle from the site, then a few small 2$ sample bottles. they upgraded one of my sample bottle to a 10ml bottle just because. they even wrote me a little note on my receipt. super fast shipping and awesome flavors. i will def be buying from them again.

Every time I deal with ibtanked, whether it's to order something new or ask about something I already have or am thinking about buying, they've put a smile on my face.

But yea, I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I've ordered from over a dozen suppliers. These are just the best of the best.

I've always had excellent service and fast shipping from Cignot. I email with a question and have a fast reply. If I've even had a problem, something new has been shipped without having to wait for a return. I find myself going elsewhere at times for things they do not stock, but they have been the most consistent company I have dealt with in over 4 years of vaping.

All my online vaping purchases have been made from either ECF registered suppliers or by advice and suggestions from active forum members. Nothing but excellence in my online experiences.

Plus, I live by the adage that if it seems too good to be true, it IS too good to be true. No "free" stuff or $1.99 intro deals are worth it.

For juice... Nicoticket, Hands Down! Why?!? Because Kent offers the best personal customer service anywhere I've tried in my year of vaping! He sends an email with a personal note letting you know he's mixed your juice and is getting it down to the PO. You reply to the email, and he'll get back to you pronto! Fast service and exceptional mixes! No wonder he won 1st place overall from the ECF choice awards as well as 1st in Tobacco (H1N1), 1st, 2nd and 3rd in Bakery and tie for 1st with 2 fruit vapes! Anyone who hasn't tried his mixes is depriving themselves!
As for general sites... That is a bit harder since RTD, 101 Vape and MyVaporStore all do an outstanding job with pricing, shipping quickly and great customer support!

I second Nicoticket, and I haven't even received my first order from them yet! So clearly, this is based on customer service alone (although I am sure the juices I ordered will be spectacular!). I do love my Alien Visions for Boba's as well....My business for equipment is between DiscountVapers (great prices, fast shipping!), Mt Baker (some really great juices, some not-so-great, competitive prices and fast shipping!) and the good ole' Fasttech (GREAT prices, good quality, but S L O W shipping). My goal with vaping experience has been met - no smokes and/or desire to smoke. Other than that, I don't mind upgrading every now and then, I give myself a monthly "allowance" for recurring supplies as well as some "fun" cash to try new juices/tanks etc. It's important to be savvy and look for great deals, especially since it has been proven that more expensive does not always equate to better quality. Luckily, the vendors I have mentioned exceed in all areas. Good luck, and take the advice of your ECF members.

If you can't treat me right, you ain't treating me. I don't care if you the best surgeon in town! I know only the strong will survive in the vaping world!
