I just got mine today ....

Some people had vendors that they had to rely on.. (which may have been slow getting to our SS's.. then they had to mail too.. etc etc)...since it's the Holidays, I think the post office is running a lot slower too..(why we mailed now instead of later) ... I wouldn't worry until end of next week maybe.

I got my SS package today and ZOMG whoever sent it really went all out! I'll post pics a bit later of all the stuff but wow I am floored! -sneaks over to 20 Q&A

Dear Dlite,

I just wanted to thank you for coming up with the idea and running Operation Secret Santa. I was pretty new when I signed up for SS (still am I guess), but now I have met so many great folks through this game especially my SS, Sallana. The SS game really made me feel part of the community and the whole operation really was a great community building project. Not that the community wasn't great before, but this definitely added to it in a great way.

I also want to thank pm2006 for her great idea of adding the 20 questions game, Guess your Secret Santa. That really added to the element of fun and suspense to the whole affair.

Thanks again both of you and kudos on some great ideas!

Round two from my SS today, I now know her real name but not screen name, so THANKS again L.W, Gotta work on finding out who you are! I got the juice to go in my very cool leopard lanyard today, Jeff's mix, yum BTW. this lanyard is just to cool I am loving it more everyday, beats my old one all to pieces! This has been way fun, thanks Dlite for doing it and welcome home glad you are feeling better.

I would like to thank everyone for the prayers and thoughts while I was fighting whatever it was that knocked me into the hospital And also on another note could I get all that sent packages without a Deliv Conf # pm me and let me know that the package has been sent. I received conf numbers from about half of the partic. of the SS and just want to make sure no one is having troubles or anything. Thanks everyone

I've been giving it some thought...prolly because I haven't gotten my SS gift yet, lol.....what if someone flakes out?? I'm hopeful that this won't happen to anyone, but I'm thinking of how disappointing that would be to someone who worked hard on their gift and then received nothing from their SS.

I'm ofering to be a 'backup', I suppose, if it becomes necessary.
