Opinion on good e-liquids - Decadent?

I'm new to purchasing and trying e-liquids. I noticed that Liberty sells various Decadent flavors. Any opinions on Decadent and which flavors are really good?

I noticed that they come in either 11 or 24mg. I'm a pack a day smoker of Marb Lights. What mg would work for me?

Are there other brands of e-liquid tht you'd recommend?
