Can't post in new member forum anymore and the post I made yesterday for the Vet forum hasn't been approved/answered yet. I'm moving soon, money is a concern, and I want to have my ecig supplies ready for the move and stocked up enough for the next couple of months.

I have 3 Mega 510 batteries and 3 atomizers, going on 4 months old. They all work, but I don't believe the atomizers are working as well as new and since the batteries are heavily used, I imagine they are nearing the end of the average 510 battery lifespan.

I was going to order 2 new atomizers just in case, but don't want to have to order new batteries soon and pay more shipping. Plus the separate parts seem to be more expensive than the kits.

Do you think it would be more cost effective for me to order a new kit? I found an Ego kit at Liberty Flights for $40, there's also a Riva 510 "lite" kit for $30. Both come with 2 batteries and 2 atomizers. Since the atomizers are compatible, I could also continue to use them with my current 510 batteries until they die. Plus I would have two fresh, longer-life batteries. And my old atomizers as back up.

How likely is it that my current batteries will keep working for 2-3 more months? I read on the website I ordered them from that the avg battery lifespan is 3 months. I'm past that. Is it true? I realize no one can guarantee how long they will last, just wondering about people's personal experience with Joye products.

I don't want to spend money if I don't have to, but don't want to get stuck having to order parts in the next few weeks, either.

I have used a Kensington 4-port USB charger for some time now. Brass fittings on connections eventually get too dirty and malformed to work correctly, and I like that I only have to replace the USB charger chords. I can also plug in multiple types of e-cigs into the same outlet. Based on my charger setup, I don't buy kits unless the price is significantly different or I'm trying a new e-cig.

I like white geniune JOYE 510 cartos. At $1.60 ea they are fabulous. I've found the vapor to be so good that my megabatts are about to become little-used spares. Combining the cartos with 36 mg nic strenth makes those standard batts more than adequate. I'll have an e-cig that looks like a cigarette again!

I'm getting where I need to order juice again, and I'll be ordering the batts along with my juice, as I usually do.

BTW, I hate the little red devils that TW puts on batts, especially on white batts. For company that took on the FDA, they are sure stupid about some things :)
