Opinions between the big/little chucks & the Spade?

Thanks for that so it's not really the device to just toss in a bag or pocket then you need a holster or carrier case unless you strip it down.

the reason i asked is because of the big sticky out radio shack type button i just wondered how people got on with these as I'm planning on making a fog log

Yeah, the Chuck isn't exactly the most carry-friendly device... but for that, I use a little midget box mod anyway. With a 14500 batt, it gets the job done. I would suspect 10440 would get annoying after the second or third swap.

don't you have to keep unscrewing the atty with a chuck to stop it firing on its own and burning out the atty when its being carried?

I have to carry a messenger type bag as a purse since I'm on crutches. I have had no problems tossing my Chuck into it. I carry a lot of stuff with me and I've never had a problem with the Chuck firing on its own.

Get a big chuck but start at 3.7V then graduate to 6V

I don't understand, how can you use all different volts on one mod? I thought I had made my decision to get a Spade because I don't need anything as strong as 6 volts, but I didn't know you could switch back and forth from 3.7 to 5??? Also, what's the difference between the big and little Chuck and does anyone have a pic of them side to side for comparison purposes?

The Little Chuck will vape 3.7 volts using either the 16340 or the 18350 battery - the 18350 will give me 4 hours or so of chain-vaping.

The Chuck will vape 3.7 v with the 18650 battery and last 2 or more days of chain-vaping.

The Chuck will vape 6v with 2 RCR123 3v batteries and give me 3+ hours of chain-vaping (but you probably won't want to chain-vape at 6v for that long a time!)

I was smoking 3+ packs a day, which isn't quite chain-smoking.

If I'm away from home (like at work!), I just carry extra batteries in my purse (or my laptop bag if I'm going to work).

Here's a Little Chuck 'in hand' so you can get an idea of the size:

The big Chuck with 1 ea 18650 battery in it vapes at 3.7v or with 2 ea cr123's double stacked in the chuck, they are 3v ea that is 6v total for the 2 batteries!!there is no switch on the chuck to switch between 3.7&6v it's all a matter of battery config. i only use the 18650 battery and it will last a couple of days without a recharge!! i don't know for certain but i would expect that with the 2 cr123's@6v you could vape moderatly all day long without a battery change!!!
