Opinions from the Vet!

Hey Guys!
My name is Brandon. I have been dabbling in the E cig community for quite a while. I started out with the eGo with the tank upgrade. I used it for quite a while but it just wasn't producing enough vapor for me. I recently switched to the Blu cig. It has much more vapor than my previous eGo but the battery life is horrible. I have doing some research and I was wondering what some of the vet's think would be the best for me. I am looking for the best vapor producing a long with a good throat hit as well. I don't mind how it looks, as long as it gets the job done! I have been looking into the dual cartomizers. These seem like the way to go. I was also looking at the mods. I am not very familiar with these at all. From what I have read, the bigger batteries produce the most vapor? But it seems like you have to have the right combo of battery power along with the right cartomizer/atomizer? If anyone could stear me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance if this a reoccurring topic. I was just hoping someone could help me out with my specific needs for my E cig.

Thanks in Advance!

B.

Some inexpensive mods to take a look at. All of these can be vaped at 6V with a dual coil cartomizer...which is what I prefer. If you choose to get one of these for HV vaping, please don't skimp on batteries. Go with the safest out there...AW lifepo's.

Elite Vaporworks Home - click on mods. He sells the Indulgence V3. Free shipping.

Crystal Clear Vaping - click on the Bolt. If you go with this one for 6V, you will need an extension sleeve. Use code ecf5off for 5% off your total order..free shipping also.

Another thing, if you go with a mod, get yourself a multimeter and a good charger.

AW batteries...http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ers-exporters-america-shipping-worldwide.html, or RTDVAPOR.com, or Electronic Cigarettes and AW batteries by Super T. All of these vendors sell AW brand batteries and are considered the safest to use when stacking.

Well a decent variable volt device, i.e. a 6 volt, in combination with a 3.0-4.0 ohm cartomizer will produce excellent vape and flavor. I personally recommend the Pro Vari at Provape.com. Your ejuice is also a factor. Shop around see what you like. If you are a traditional tobacoo vaper try VaporRenu or BackWoodsBrew. If you like desert, fruit, bakery type juice go to Kick Bass Vapor, Vaporite, or VaporRenu. If you are feeling creative and want to DIY (do it yourself) check out Perfumers Apprentice.

Hope that helped.

I'm fairly new but i've bought three kits and tried several different items, and first let me say with an ego you can get good vapor with a low resistant atty, or a juice higher in vg. second like a few others have said a variable volt device is nice, because you can adjust the volts until you find a nice vapor experience for you. I bought a lavatube and found it to be very satisfying to me. just don't use LR atties on it.

I'm not too fond of the looks but it has everything I was looking for and it is a good price!

You guys were talking about 3.0-4.0 ohm cartomizer? Do they come in dual at such high ohm?

And for the ejuice, I prefer the dessert flavors. So Kick Bass Vapor, Vaporite, and VaporRenu and the best bet, correct? Anything special I should know on the ejuice?

Thanks!

So basically what I will be doing is building my own through various vendors? That is was I was looking to do. Do you prefer the 6V vs the 3.7V? The 6V should produce HV correct? Sorry for my ignorance, this is all very intriguing to me.

I love 6V versus 3.7V. 6V produces tons of vapor, flavor, and throathit. I posted both links so you could see the different models. I wish just one vendor would carry everything a person needs but unfortunately no one does. Yes, 6V is HV vaping.

I know folks recommended using variable voltage but if you're wanting to use a dcc, most variable voltage mods won't allow the user high enough voltage to make the dcc shine it's true colors. Dual coils were built for HV vaping...much under 5V and they aren't worth a hoot.

Now if you want to go with a VV mod, skip the dcc's and go with a Boge 3ohm cartomizer. This way, you can use your mod at different voltages without it tripping out.

As for the lavatube, invest another $40-$60 and get a BuzzPro. The LT isn't worth it...it adjusts the voltage down with whatever type of hardware you're using to a "safe for mod" usage. This stinks for someone like me. If I set a mod at 5.5V with a Boge 3ohm carto, I expect it to stay there...with the LT, it won't. It will drop the voltage down to protect the circuit board inside.
