Thinking about getting my first real upgrade from the eGo starter kit, I bought a larger tank that I like but Im wanting something like the MVP 2 I think, thanks for any input ahead of time.
I don't have one yet but from everything I have read and seen on youtube I think that is a good choice. I got the Itaste 134 mini but I am thinking about getting an MVP 2 as well.
Its a good upgrade from the egos. Its built better than egos.
I have 2 of them. The MVP will last a long time if you are even a chain vaper.
They are great as a pass thru device also.
I'd say go for it IF you have no aspirations of rebuilding and trying lower ohms or higher wattages.
My buddy got one as an upgrade from egos, and he likes it, but he wants MORE POWER for his kayfun, but the MVP is GIVING IT ALL ITS GOT!
I just got mine yesterday and am using it with a Nautilus mini. The variable wattage is very nice and with the air hole adjustment in the mini it allows for a perfect custom vape no matter what juice I'm using. The battery life is also one of the high points. The only downside is it's big in my pocket. I like my Evod's for when I'm at work.
The MVP is a great mod! I bought one to upgrade from my EVOD VV clone (variable voltage ego battery). Got the MVP about a week ago and haven't used the EVOD since! Granted, I'm not the heaviest of vapers, but the battery life on the MVP is awesome. You can charge your phone with it too. Nice to have in your hand too. My advice: any newbie should give it a try!
Mvp2 is a great device if your not planning to build any coils in the future or use a RBA. It just does not have the power really needed to run a rba like a kayfun efficiency. If you think in the future you might be interested in doing your own builds I suggest a mod that will grow with you like a dna 30, or the newer ipv2 50 box mod. These mods will allow you to grow and if you wish move foward into rebuilding. A really great device is the newer ipv2 50. It has both touch firing and trident iona firing. Watts can be adjusted in increments of one which is very nice. It's much lighter than the mvp2 and a bit thinner. It will even allow you to sub ohm vape safely down to .2. It gives a consistent vape with the new sx330 v2 yihi chip. It's known as the DNA killer because of its technology. It is spot on with its ohm reader and displays volts, ohms, and watts. It has a adjustable 510 connection so most everything fits with very little adjustments to the 510. I have one myself and absolutely love it! I also have the mvp2. This mod does not have the limitations that the mvp2 has in regards to running coils of a lower resistance. If you think in the future you may want to grow and expand your vaping journey I would most definitely invest in this mod. However if building your own coils and using a rba does NOT intrest you I would suggest the mvp. It's got a great long lasting battery, and is a well made device. So depending on what your personal vaping goals are, and where you want to go in your vaping journey , is what I would look at before you buy. I really hope this is helpful and wish you the best.
Been vaping 4 months and analog free and still consider myself a newbie. Started with an eGo twist and quickly went to an MVP 2 and now a Vamo V5. Love them both!
You cannot go wrong with a MVP2. Just understand that if/ when the battery dies it is a paperweight. I have had mine for a year with absolutely ZERO issues.
had mine for about 2 months,,,love it,was not happy with iclear 30 tank,it just went through juice way to quick it seemed.have a mini pyrex from smok on it now.this was also my move up from ego,,it is what i was able to finally quick smoking with.so yep i truly love my mvp
