I recently ordered 10 each 1.8 ohm vivi nova replacement heads.
In two days my order showed up.
Only 4 of the 10 were in my package.
I called Andrew at Crystal Clear vaping. I told him what happenned and also noted that the heads looked different than what I was used to seeing. Andrew told me that there were several styles of Vivi Nova systems and that some did not interchange the heads with each other.
Andrew offerred to send me ten more heads and a new tank that would fit the new heads. to make up for the snafu on each of our parts.
