Optimum cart volume used by the factory?

I have a few boxes of blank premium carts and was wondering if one of the reps knows the exact volume the factory uses?

If I were to get a graduated syringe, what vloume in (ml) would I be looking at for a first fill? Obviously a second fill would be less due to some juice being left over in the cart. TIA!

Any more "exact" than that and you're dreaming dreams that don't involve grossly underpaid humans jabbing needles into batting non-stop like cheap robots, openly thankful for the opportunity but secretly maliciously compliant...

ive been filling via syringe for awhile now, and honestly its about 1ml a little more for coolcarts i fill until it comes over the top of the wadding and then back off the syringe slightly to pull out the excess it usually works just fine. its the fastest refilling method imo, i can do 20-30 carts in about 20 mins
hope this helps and for sizes i believe its an 18 ga needle that works the best, i bought monoject syringes from an online retailer.

I'm still using some ancient cartomizers that only hold 0.8ml, but the newer ones all seem to hold 1, maybe 1.1ml.

For those who don't want to use "sharps", I found some blunt needles that appear pretty good, with massive sizing opportunities. American-based "gadget" company that sells China-Direct. I've ordered some larger ticket items from them and the company has been solid with good cheap-china-junk warranty exchange. No complaints - classic "you get what you're paying for" on the junk.

Both plastic and metal blunt needles available: Meritline.com Search Results for:needle (taking you to the search page because there are soooo many options).

They come in 10-packs, and work out to 16-18 cents each with free shipping.

You should be able to get syringes at your neighborhood drug store. They are not averse to giving you a few for free at times if you're lucky. (or ask really nice)

I think the key to that page is that they are dispensing needles raher that injection needles so that's a good find.

yeah you can also order either syringes or needles from online retailer theres some ecig retailers that sell them, i think v4l had mentioned selling their own blunt needles and syringes at some point i dont know if that will come to fruition though.
