I've never ordered from them but it does say right on their website that due to high volume order processing is taking about 10 days. So if you ordered on the 4th your order should be done in a day or two. They seem to have some nice sounding flavors, but I'm not sure I'd be happy with that delay either. Please chime back in after you finally get it and let us know if the wait was worth it.

I placed an order with them last month and it took about 3 wks to receive it. To long of a wait that I even forget I placed the order. To many other companies out there that have a very quick turn around. I won't be ordering from orb again.

Will know in the future. Wanted to try them, very nice that you can customize everything, and they claim that its all organic.

I ordered from them and it took two weeks to receive my juice. That might sound terrible but they stated they where 10 days out on filling orders. Orb Vapor mixes your e-juice prior to shipment. All of the e-juice is customizable so they dont have stock sitting on the shelf. My juice came in glass eye dropper bottles and the 5ml samples in glass vials. Very pleased with what i got and 100% VG samples tasted great.
 
I placed an order with Orb Vapor on 3/28 & at that time there was a notice saying processing times were at 10 days. Since about 4/1, their website has been down supposedly so that they could catch up on backlogs & says the site will be back up by or on 4/11. It's still down as of today. I still have not received my order, a shipping notice about my order, or a response to the 2 emails I sent to their customer service about my order (which I sent 12 days after my order had been placed & then again at 14 days after it had been placed).

But then again, they have yet to charge me for my order either.

What the hell? I'm glad that at least they haven't charged me for this but I was seriously looking forward to the juices I had ordered. Anyone else experiencing this difficulty with them right now?

They never charged me until it shipped. Hopefully they ship it out to you soon within the next day or two. I am pleased with my purchase and the juices got alot better with steeping. I went to put in a large order only to find what you stated as the site being down until 4/11. I hope they get caught up because I would like to order more but I can wait a month for it to get here.

Mine has been listed a shipping info received since 4/13. It has now been 21 days since I placed my order & have not received it.

Did you ever get yours?

I placed an order on 4/19...it said it shipped on 4/26.
Still sitting on "Electronic shipping info received"...it's now May 8.

Sam hasn't responded to any phone calls or emails.
I'm super frustrated. Nonexistent customer support, ridiculously slow fulfillment.
