Vendor Warning

I just wanted to let everyone know how poorly my experience with Orb Vapor has been. On Monday 5/6 I placed an order for $50 worth of juices. Seeing as it was 11:30 in the morning I didn't expect it to go out that days but did expect it to go out in the next day or two as stated on their website. I checked the order on Tuesday and found the status as processing.... Wednesday it was still 'processing' so I sent an email to inquire when it might ship.... no reply... Thursday the order was still processing so I called and left a message and never got a call back.... which brings me to today with the order still processing and this feeling that either the company has shuttered and left their site up or simply doesn't care about customers and feels that they'll get to when they do....

Buyers beware.

I ordered from Orb as well and although their site says they will ship within 48 hours, I had the processing status 3 days after I ordered, so I sent an email asking for an update on my order. No reply but later that day I received my shipping info and it arrived the following day. They followed up with a reply to my email the next day saying that my order should have arrived the previous day, which it had, and they asked if I was happy with my purchase. A little odd for sure, but hang in there, I am sure they will get your order to you.

It's a roll of the dice with these vendors and their processing/shipping times. What's stated on their website is not always accurate. Unfortunate but true. I've had my patience tested on more than one occasion. With so many vendors out there you always have the option of seeking supplies elsewhere. But who knows if that vendor will be any better than the first one?

Also, with places that customize juices or "make to order" you can expect longer wait times. I guess it depends on how well you like their product(once you finally get it). If their juices are fantastic maybe you'd be willing to endure the wait.

I know alot of people like having their stuff so quickly but you got to give some of the vendors time to get your order together. They probley get alot of orders a day they have to fill.

Patience, young Jedi... Keep up communication with them, most suppliers don't want to lose customers.
