Has anyone ordered from here recently? I placed an order on the evening of March 3rd, no responses to emails to support, no answer on the phone or returned voicemail and the order hasn't shipped. The idea of all organic, customized flavors and 100% vg is great just trying to figure out what is going on.

Current setup: innokin itaste mvp with iclear 30.

That is true and I can't speak to that part. The bigger and important part to me is using organic flavoring instead of artificial flavorings, offering a lot of customization of flavor creation and offering 100%VG which I need due to a PG allergy. Took awhile to figure that one out back in the day when starting out with ecigs years ago. The Vapor Room has been a solid provider but always looking for other quality 100%VG suppliers. And Orb Vapor is relatively new, started last November iirc but reviews were/have been strong. Just baffled by the non shipping and complete lack of responses.

Personally, I'd be a bit weary if it isn't an ECF vendor. Hope it works out for you, I know nothing about them.

Quite a few vendors have 100% VG juices, AVE is all VG, you can get VG from Heather's Heavenly Vapes. As for organic flavors that one is a bit more difficult, I don't know anyone else that advertises flavors as organic off the top of my head.

Thanks I'll check out heathers heavenly vapes and maybe Alice in vapeland. Orb vapor is in the ECF suppliers forum..just haven't posted enough to post there and hoping they will see this or someone that knows if something might be going on will. Thanks for the suggestion.

Orb makes excellent product. Contact Sam in the Orb Vapor forum here on ECF. I'm surprised to hear no answers to your email, maybe something is down over there, I know they had a lot of problems after that big storm and may still be trying to get back up to normal in that region. I have found him to be very responsive, helpful, and polite.

That's what I've heard and certainly look forward to trying myself. Sam emailed me back yesterday saying they apologize for the delay, they are moving locations and my order will ship out this week via priority mail (the shipping I paid for). These things happen especially with a small shop just would have been good to hear something sooner, something done customer wise after what will be a week or more delay. We will see, I am inclined to cut them a break considering all the positive comments and chalk it up to moving and growing pains. Will update as to when the order does arrive and my thoughts on the juices.

My 1st order with orb was sometime in late January. It was shipped relatively quickly and a few weeks later, Sam even emailed me to check on my satisfaction. I just placed another order with them on March 31st knowing they were currently slow given the move. I haven't heard anything yet and I'll give them 10 days or so to ship until I get antsy. Their juice is worth the wait. I'm sure they will settle in soon and get back to normal.

I've tried dozens of vendors and while some send an email link to review the product I purchased (most don't), Orb is the first and only one so far, that actually sent a personal email asking me if it arrived safely etc.
