Christmas is almost here and we want to make sure that you get your orders delivered to you in time to celebrate the gift-giving holiday. Below is an easy reference for you to keep in mind when placing your orders in time from Christmas.
Orders using FedEx must be placed before 11:59PM HST on Wednesday, December 17th.
Orders using USPS must be placed before 11:59PM HST on Monday, December 15th.
This time frame will give our Shipping Department ample time to process and ship your order via (shipped out on these dates):
FedEx 2-Day:
Thursday, 12/18
USPS First Class & Priority:
Tuesday, 12/16
Last minute shipping on these dates for both these methods will have your package at yours / your loved ones doorstep by Christmas.
Remember, we offer:
Free 2-Day FedEx Shipping on orders of $100+
Free USPS Shipping on orders $50+
*If your total purchase qualifies you for a free shipping option, please select the shipping option in the dropdown menu listed as $0.00 (Please be sure to select the Free shipping option)
Please note: If you use a discount code or rewards points on your order and the discounted total is below the Free Shipping price point, free shipping will not be available to you at that time.
As a reminder, FedEx / USPS does not require a signature to deliver your package. If you are not present at the time of delivery, FedEx will simply leave the package at your doorstep, USPS will leave a card notifying you of their attempt of delivery with other options. Once a package leaves our facility and is in the shippers hands, we have no control over its proper delivery. If your package becomes lost, takes longer to arrive or is stolen please contact FedEx / USPS regarding the shipment, as you will need to file a claim with them.
Please also note that we cannot be held liable for any shipments delayed due to bad weather or FedEx / USPS equipment failure. Though it is out of our hands when your package is picked up by the respective carrier, we are still happy to assist with the claim process as we are committed to providing you with the best shipping service possible and will do whatever needed to make sure that you receive your order on time for this busy holiday season.
