Order delay due to severe weather conditions

I posted a notice on our homepage as well but I wanted to let everyone know that we're experiencing some very severe weather here in northern Cali at the moment. The heavy rain is causing flooding, washed out roads, downed trees and electrical outages. We're doing our best to keep shipping as quickly as we can but it's clear that we're going to have some delays in order processing. This is coming at a particularly bad time for us as we're already backed up from our Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday sale and some of these orders are going to be delayed. My sincere apologies to these customers for the long wait right now. I know how much everyone is looking forward to their Virgin Vapor goodies! Please be patient and hang in there with us! We're doing our best under the circumstances and we sincerely appreciate your understanding!

I'll keep the homepage and this thread updated as we work through the situation.

Hi there, I'm still here working late but I'm making some great progress getting orders ready to go. We are bracing for another big storm tomorrow, but I've made some major headway today while the getting was good so many people will see their orders ship out first thing Monday come hell or, as the case may be, more likely high water!

The storm passed ahead of schedule late last night. It was quite something! We got so much rain it caused rivers and small lakes to pop up where there is usually dry land! We did suffer some minor damage but fortunately we didn't lose electricity. I have orders cued up and ready to ship first thing in the morning so the last of the sale orders will go out and most other orders won't experience much of a delay if any.

Final update: all orders placed prior to noon on Saturday are filled and ready to ship first thing this morning. Virgin Vapor goodies are on the way! We've managed to keep things moving despite the weather thanks to the power holding out and most people won't experience any delay. Thank you for your patience and please enjoy!
