order still processing

Hi, I made an order on 02/16/2013, and it still says its processing. is it suppose to take this long?

They were on holidays until the 21st and when they returned to work they had a large backlog of orders. I placed a order on the 13th and it just shipped yesterday so yours should be going out soon.
