Vaping.com Order still processing

I ordered a few things over the weekend and three days later the order is still processing. Contacted support and they haven't emailed back yet. Is this how long processing takes normally? Has anyone had a similar issue ordering from this website?

That's fine and since your here @low_tar_neil can look up your order and check for you..

But they are quite timely in shipping as a general rule, they just don't ship on weekends or holidays..

Just checked and there's nothing wrong with the order, it came in after the cut off point on Friday so the warehouse picked it yesterday and it's now waiting to be picked up. We just moved the warehouse to Louisville from Miami, so your orders should get to you pretty quickly.
